CONFIRM YOUR PACKAGE
Once you've selected a package, you'll sign an agreement and pay a 20% deposit (for yourself and any dependents) to the agent.

PREPARE YOUR DOCUMENTS

SUBMISSION BY LICENSED AGENCY
Our licensed MM2H agency will review, complete, and submit your documents to the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC) for approval.

RECEIVE CONDITIONAL APPROVAL LETTER
In about 3–4 months, you’ll receive your conditional approval letter. At this stage, you’ll be required to pay the official government fees listed in the letter.

PLAN YOUR ENTRY TO MALAYSIA
You’ll need to enter Malaysia within 3 months of receiving the approval letter to complete the necessary steps for visa endorsement.

STAY MINIMUM FOR 9 DAYS
During your stay, you’ll:
Open a fixed deposit account in a Malaysian bank
Complete a medical check-up
Purchase medical insurance. This is also a great time to explore and view properties!

COLLECT YOUR VISA
During the same trip, your MM2H visa will be endorsed in your passport. The remaining program fees must be settled before you leave the country.

BUY YOUR PROPERTY
You have up to one year from the visa issuance date to purchase a qualifying property. You may use up to 50% of your fixed deposit, and loans are permitted.

This document from your home country confirms your good character and legal standing. It's an essential requirement for your MM2H application, so be sure to request it early to prevent any delays.
Translate All Documents into English
Ensure all your submitted documents are in English.
All copies must be certified TRUE COPIES:
All English documents must be certified by a government agency or appointed authority in your home country before being attested by the Malaysian High Commission there.
Complete a Health Check-up:
Applicants are required to visit a panel doctor in Malaysia for a medical examination and obtain the necessary medical insurance.
ALL APPLICATION MUST BE DONE THROUGH A LICENSED AGENT
Remember, all MM2H applications must go through licensed agents, including renewals and appeals. Walk-in or individual submissions are no longer accepted.
